Deposit Limits

As part of your registration for a BetConnect account we ask you to set limits on the amount you can deposit. You can also request for a limit to be added to your account at any time. We’ll let you know when your deposit limit is about to be hit and the limits will last for at least 24 hours. We make sure that any limit increases aren’t implemented until a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours has passed from the time you request the increased limit. You also have to confirm that you still wish to increase the limit at the end of that cooling-off period. We will implement these limits immediately. 

Cool-Off

If you wish to take a short break from betting with us, BetConnect customers can take a Cool-Off period anywhere between 24 hours and 45 days.

Once you begin your Cool-Off, you will be unable to use your account for gambling, though you will still be able to contact our team to withdraw any remaining balance. It will NOT be possible to reactivate your account until your chosen period has ended.

To select a Cool-Off period, please visit the Account Settings Menu and select the Player Protection Page to select your required time.

Self-exclusion 

Self-exclusion is always an option if you wish to stop betting with us. Self-exclusion allows you to close your account for a specified period of 6 months, 1, 3 or 5 years. This prevents you gambling with BetConnect for your selected period of time.

You can self-exclude your account in Account Settings Menu and select Player Protection Page and select Self-Exclusion.

During a period of self-exclusion you will not be able to use your account though you will still be able to login to withdraw any remaining balance. It will NOT be possible to re-open your account for any reason, and we will be working to detect and close any new accounts you may attempt to open. 

We will remove you from our marketing databases within 48 hours, we also suggest that you remove BetConnect from all social media links and removing the App from your devices. You may also wish to consider installing software that blocks access to gambling websites (details of which can be found below). We will reach out following any self-exclusion to remind you of further support that is available to you.
