Protection of Customer Funds

We are required under our UK gambling licence to inform you about what happens to the funds that we hold on account for you, and the extent to which your funds are protected against and distributed to you in the event of our insolvency, such information is available at: https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/licensees-and-businesses/guide/page/protecting-customer-funds.

All customer funds deposited by customers are held by BetConnect Client Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidary of BetConnect Limited that has been established for the exclusive purpose of holding customer funds. BetConnect Client Services Limited will hold an account with Capital International Bank Limited, who are regulated by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority. Customer funds held by our payment processor, PXP Financial, will be processed into the account of BetConnect Client Services Limited with Capital International Bank Limited. Any funds transferred to BetConnect Limited via bank transfer will be transferred within 48 hours to Capital International Bank and held in a segregated account. Under the trust deed arrangement between BetConnect Limited and BetConnect Client Services Limited, customer funds will be protected in the event of insolvency. We have been advised that this meets the Gambling Commission’s level of customer funds rating MEDIUM.
